Return Policy

Belvedere Emporium Exchange / Store Credit Policy: 

** We are not responsible for items that are lost during transit. Each package shipped is given its own tracking number and it's up to you to track it and contact the shipper with any questions.

** Returns are not accepted, only an EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT.  To have an exchange/store credit approved… First please see that your item/s meet ALL the guidelines listed below. 

All sale items – items marked on the product page as "No returns or exchanges" or “Final Sale,” daily deals, holiday/special boxes or items purchased with  25% off discount or more or any type of “Buy One Get One” sale are all final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.  FINAL SALE ITEMS are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

All Jewelry, Sunglasses, Hair accessories, Home Decor and Accessories (hats, scarves, earrings, tights, leggings, hair accessories, gift cards, swimming accessories, beach towels) can NOT be returned or exchanged.  

All items must be in new condition and have tags attached in their perfect original unworn, unwashed condition with no smell of smoke, oils, deodorant, pet hair, or makeup or stains of any kind.  We reserve the right to reject any return due to the above.  If any of these items are sent back we will give you the option to pay to have the item shipped back to you or donated to a local charity. If we do not receive a response within 7 business days the item will be donated to a local charity. 

Approved store credit will be issued via a coupon code that is able to be used on our website or in our store.  The original shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.  You are responsible for shipping the return to us.  

Once an order is placed with us, we are unable to cancel it for any reason.  

Within 14 days of delivery, contact us via email for a return authorization or return to the store for an eligible exchange (see above for eligible items). 

Each purchased item can be considered for an eligible return only once. We do not accept returns of the same item more than once.


  1. Non-Belvedere Emporium items sent to our return address will be discarded upon receipt.
  2. Any address on a parcel is not an authorized return address, and you are still liable for any losses caused by the incorrect address.
  3. If you decide to use your own preferred carrier, we recommend that you select an insured and trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  4. We kindly request that you use a shipping mailer bag for your returns instead of a cardboard box. It is crucial to minimize discrepancies in return labels and prevent processing delays.
  5. ALL exchanges / store credits must be made within 14 days of receiving your items. If your return is sent back late, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit.

** The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS or UPS.

It takes up to 8-10 days for us to process returns. You will receive a confirmation email with your store credit coupon code once it has been processed.
